Training steps

1. Introduction

Presentation of the training plan and training objectives:

  • Interactive training.
  • Approximate duration: 2-3 hours

OBJECTIVES:

  • Be able to configure the various types of needs assessment forms (care, «pay per use» services and recreation).
  • Configure the various administrative tables related to the evaluation forms

3. Hourly rates (optional)

  • Calculations of care hours
    • Enter the hourly rate of the PAB and Inf Aux (relevant only if the billing of services to the lease is done in hours care)

4. Building / modifying a form

  • Ability to create a new form or modify the existing one
  • Determine the type (s) of admissions for which the assessment will be completed
  • Make the observation of the activities already proposed
  • Make changes as needed:
    • Edit, delete or add new activities and / or categories of activities
    • Possibility of attaching a pictogram (assistance plan)
    • To issue the index linked to the activity (if calculation of the hours of care is desired)
    • Establish frequency: day / week
  • Implementation of automatic creation of tasks in the work plan from the dictionary of activities
    • Adding, editing, or disabling tasks in the Activity Dictionary

5. Configuring activities in the dictionary

Menu General➔Configuration➔System configuration➔Dictionary➔Activity➔Activities

  • Adding an activity in the activity dictionary
    • Complete the creation parameters (type, category, code, description, etc.) and tick the “Active” parameter to make it available.
    • Reattach the created activity to a subcategory (related, AVQ, AVD, treatment plan, etc.) using the + button associated with the task.
  • Modification
    • Find the task to modify with the search magnifier
    • Use the pencil button associated with the activity and modify the description or other fields, then save.
    • Ability to add or remove a subcategory to the selected activity (with the + button)
  • Deactivation
    • Find the activity to deactivate using the search magnifier
    • Uncheck the box “Active”
    • This task remains in the dictionary and is displayed in red. It will no longer be available to users unless you check the “Active” box again.

    • Establish the link attached to the «Pay per use» tile
  • Implementation of automatic creation of tasks in the work plan from the dictionary of activities
    • Adding, editing, or disabling tasks in the Activity Dictionary

11. Activity setup dictionary

  • Adding a task in the activity dictionary
    • Complete the creation parameters (type, category, code, description, etc.) and tick the “Active” parameter to make it available
    • Reattach the created activity to the “Pay per use” subcategory by using the + button associated with the task
  • Modifying
    • Find the task to modify with the search magnifier
    • Use the pencil icon associated with the task and edit the description or other, then save
  • Deactivation
    • Find the task to deactivate using the search magnifier
    • Uncheck the box “Active”
    • This task remains in the dictionary and is displayed in red. It will no longer be available to users unless you check the “Active” box again.
