Training steps
1. Introduction
Presentation of the training plan and training objectives:
- Interactive training

OBJECTIVES :
- Be able to do resident admission and resident profile management
- Be able to document and maintain relevant data related to the resident
2. SOFI

- Resident list, notifications and alerts (see glossary), paths, user preferences, communication notebooks, help documents, attached file tiles only, logout button.

- Admission types (according to the vocation. Ex: Private, RI, CHSLD, Prospect)
- Required fields (depending on the type of admission)
- Once admission is completed, the resident profile displays a “check list” of the required information based on the established admission rules.
- Type of accommodation, Establishment, Rooms, etc.
- Associated dictionaries:
- Admission rules (previously configured)
- Admission type (editable by Telemedic only but possibilities to make them invisible via the Management instance on the Company menu)

When working in SOFI, there is a simple way to get help. By clicking on the question mark at the top right, you can access a web page where documents and videos are stored in capsule format. Each of the functions of SOFI is explained there.
Confirm the next training date
To be completed before the next training:
- Complete the menu entries as seen previously
- Prepare the tasks to be included in the work plan for the next training
Before the next training:
- Configure rules by admission type (if change)
- Validate the list of residents
- Validate the data to the profile of the residents
- Check the contact list for all residents
- Validate the FEBS (wait before generating the tasks)
- Set up care hours if desired
- Validate the form: Level of care
- Fill out the forms as needed (level of care, Prisma 7, etc.)
- If necessary, print the assistance plan for each resident
- Fill out the TNP as needed
- Scan your photos and documents as needed
- Prepare documents and websites for PAB and LPN Procedures
- View Vaccine Dictionaries and Note Templates
